Instrument introduction

The Rust-Preventing Characteristics in the Presence of Water Tester  is mainly suitable for testing the inhibitory mineral oil, especially the anti-rust ability of the gas turbine oil on the iron parts when mixed with water.

The tester is also suitable for testing other oils, such as hydraulic oil, circulating oil and liquids with specific gravity of water. The operating principle is: mix a certain amount of sample with distilled water or synthetic seawater, immerse all the cylindrical sample steel rods in it, and stir at a certain temperature. After the test period (usually 2 weeks) is over, observe the traces of corrosion and the degree of corrosion of the sample steel bars.
